I just changed my subscription  and I did then payment. My problem is that I was charged twice for the same subscription on the same account. Thanks very annoying. It is equally discomforting

However, please I need your counsel on my need to make regular international calls to Nigeria and to also be able to make calls when I go to Nigeria. Is there any provision on the Public Mobile platform that allows that? If yes, how do I activate it and also how can I get it at a cheaper rate?

Please ignore my request for refund. I have seen the second subscription in my account as deposit which means I can use it for the next subscription. That is okay for me.

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

If you were actually double charged, the only thing Public Mobile is willing to do is to credit your account. If you do ask for a refund, I've heard it can take up to 30 days. You should confirm with your credit card company first that it was actually a double charge.
