Are the charges in your CC statement pending or posted charges.
Normally the pending charges will disappear once it becomes posted charges.

did you upgrade to a new plan right after old plan renewed ? If so, you were given option to Change plan at Renewal or Change plan now. You should always select this Change plan at Renewal so you won't pay until next renewal occurs.
