April 21 I got charged $42 and then again on April 23 got charged $42 because before it was showing insufficient funds so I didn’t manually.
In August on the 19th got charged $40 showed insufficient funds so I had to rely. It got charged $42 on 19 August..
so I should have a credit for two months worth for my account now

I am a bit confused, so the double charged was because you made a manual payment after?
or does the payment history shows 2 transactions on those months? check first
