@Lsmith20 Check your account and see if the difference isn’t sitting in your available funds , if it isn’t will just get used towards your next renewal , if not when talking to support be better to just ask for credit instead of refund because refund can take a month to process the credit will be instant and be able to use on your next renewal date which most likely be dude before a refund can be issued
