This month i got double charged on my cc. Public mobile payment history shows 1 charge but my cc has 2 charge on same day. How to get a resolution for this?

Thank you so much. While I appreciate the resolution - but this is a bit dangerous thing to do, since payments are authorized to be deducted only once a month and I see a lot of people in the community being double charged. This is not ethical for any company to do, especially if people who never paid attention to their cc statement and just paid it, thats fraud. I would ask Public Mobile team to look into this blunder and make sure this never happens in future. Thank you

same day same amount? you sure it is not a pending charge?
usually we ask people to wait a week to see if it drops off from the credit card
if same, ask your credit card to confirm (but do not ask them to reverse the charge yet) and ask PM agent as well
submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
