Double Charge For Sim Activation

Howardkez
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Hello,

I was charged twice for sim activation. I recently transfer my line back to public mobile but activated my sim for a plan that only had 4G of data instead of 8G. The next day i noticed and switched my plan to the 8G plan and was charged again for that instead of having a prorated charge. Kindly rectify these double charges please.

sorry @Howardkez

PM is a prepaid carrier and do not provide refund. When making plan change, you should use Change on Renewal to schedule a plan change and not to use Change Now option.  When you use change now, you got the new plan immediately but you won't get refund on the old plan you had.  Sorry about that

you shouldn't use Change now option to make an immediate play change.  It is known that if you change plan early, PM will not provide partial refund on the old plan.  But since you only had the old plan for one day, maybe discuss with PM and see if they can do anything.
