When I sign in into app it says checking sessions and after few seconds it shows error code:-9 something and i'm not able to see Available balance or not able to do plan add ons.

Does your phone have the latest update. Go to your setting and check for current update.

@MihirPatel please try using browser to login and. see if you got the same error.
If you NOT getting same error, it is reallly and app issues please try to clear the app cache of you are using Android. On iPhone, you might want to uninstall and reinstall
If you are getting the same error, as the app also use the default browser for login authentication, please clear your browser cache and try again . If still unable to login, open ticket with PM support here:
