Does the 90 days suspension apply to prepaid accounts too?

I've read that if you miss a payment that your account gets suspended for 90 days but if you make a payment within that time everything goes back to normal (ie you don't lose your number etc). Is it the same for prepaid? And is it just a matter of logging in and making a payment or does it involve having to contact an agent?

I wouldn’t leave it too long so login your account and make a payment before 90 days but always leave a few days encase something goes wrong.

You don’t need contact a CS_Agent to do this.

PM is Prepaid service.

If you are able to log in before 90th day and pay the bill you will be OK. Do not wait until Last day. Log in around 85th day and in case you cannot pay the bill contact agent ASAP.

Yes if you manually pay in enough to pay for your plan amount before 90 days of suspension then you start a new 30 days. No agent required.
