I just bought the $40/month Canada US Mexico Plan. Does this plan include calling US numbers from within Canada? Or do I need to buy a long distance add on?

Your Plan is USA/Can/Mex plan so you can use service in any of these 3 countries.
You can call from/to any of these to any of these.

yes, if you have a Canada US Mexico Plan, and it includes calling to US (and Mexico) for free
