If you change your plan or add/remove add-ons does this reset the clock? Does PM care about anything besides the "any in-market" plan condition? Like if in 1 year down the line I change from basic T&T to Unlimited T&T for example. Thank you.

Sweet, this was a question I was going to ask 👍 I wanted to make sure my referrals didn't reset if I modified my plan.

My wife started with a $30/1G plan, then a couple of weeks ago switched to the $40/4G plan and just today switched again to the $40/4.5G plan. None of this affected her $2 autopay reward or the $2 referral rewards she earns. On the flip side, I downgraded my mother from a $30/1G plan to the $8/50-50 plan. She still gets her $2 autopay and $1 referral plan.
The only time you lose a reward is if your referred friend leaves PM.
Exactly!

Or if your account stays inactive for 90 days (in which case you lose everything: phone number, rewards, account credit, functional SIM, etc.)
One learns something new everyday. Thanks for that.
Can you please elaborate? When is an account considered inactive?
If your plan expires (after 30 days or 90 days depending on which term you've chosen), and you do not renew it (or funds were not available for it to automatically renew), then the account becomes inactive until funds are available and the plan is renewed. If that doesn't happen in 90 days, the account is closed, all rewards and phone number are lost, SIM expires and can't be used again (new SIM must be purchased to activate new account and new plan), and any funds in your account balance are lost.

@savvy Nope this doesn't reset the clock. You'll get $1 off for every month after 1 year loyalty. Second question, the line doesn't change anything except you want to change 🙂
