Has the loyalty and referral of a friend discount changed? I noticed my Nov. bill did not include the discount I have been receiving for years. I have been a client for more than five years.

Starting in May, Public mobile has changed all legacy rewards customers over to the new points system.
With the transition, you lost your $2/month autopay and up to $5/month loyalty rewards unfortunately.
Here is the announcement:
Unfortunately, you will be charged plan amounts without the monthly discounts going forward. You will still get friend referral points every month, but you will need to collect 15 points to redeem for $15 bill credit.

Yes, the rewards system was changed as of May. No more automatic discounts. No discounts for autopay or loyalty. Now you pay full amount upfront and get 5% back in points.
