My automatic payment was not taken for March. Consequently my phone has been deactivated. How can I get it activated.

Thank you.  I'm already set up for auto pay with my credit card.  PM charged the card for my wife's account but not mine.  I can't get into my account or talk to anyone.  Very frustrating.

AUTOPAY FAILED:

Logon to My Account, select Payment, click on the One time Payment and try to manually pay with Amount Due option there. If it fails, then use the option "Other" and manually enter your plan amount. Service/plan should automatically reactivate.

If it doesn't reactivate then go to the plans or usage page and click on the lost stolen feature. Suspend your service. Log out/in. Resume your service. Your plan should automatically reactivate.

To reactivate account, do manual pay, choose "Other" as payment type and pay your plan cost. Credit card has to be registered with PM. You can make only 2 attempts to pay this way. If it fails you will have to wait an hour to try again.

You need to add funds to pay your plan cost from the balance. Use other for payment type not amount due.
