Hello fellow community members. How you all doing well.
Does anyone know how to remove the "call control" message prompt after enabling the call forwarding feature?
Basically after enabling call forwarding, any user that calls my mobile number will get a prompt that says "this number has call control" and then you have to enter a number for the call to go through.
Thanks

You're right I tried it to different number and it worked without the prompt. I guess the culprit was Telus that created that prompt.

Public Mobile does not have Call Control.
the reason they got the prompt is not from Public Mobile side, it is from the number you forwarded to. The number with the provider you forwarded to has Call Control enabled
