Different colours on coverage map meaning

I am comparing with Google map, it's still look to me the darker green surrounded by land (light green) are just small lakes/rivers/creeks

There is darker green on land too though and in areas with no water

The Green is where there is PM coverage.  The white is area without.

There seems to be a darker tone of green.. but  the darker tone covers the sea/lake area
