Did not recieved 2 sim cards ordered about 3 weeks ago

My visa card was charged for 2 sim cards which I have not received yet.  I have convinced 2 of my friends to join public mobile but we need the sim cards to do it.

Sim cards can take up to 10 business days to arrive. On what date did you place the order?

Are you located in eastern Canada?

@sirdudley61 yes SIM cards do then to take awhile to be received.  You can continue to wait or call any Telus/ Koodo store to see if they have any on hand and purchase for $10 each. You can the  submit your receipts to the link below and ask if they can credit you back.
