Did not receive auto pay and loyalty discounts on bill

i've noticed on my account that i have certain discounts i should have received on my bill.  -$6 for auto pay, and -$3 for loyalty?
my bill stayed the same as $119 and change on my visa records. ($120/3months with the 2016 fall promo)

You should be able to see exactly what you were charged in the self serve section of the portal.  Note that this doesn't show taxes, so it would be the pre-tax amount.  $119 and change sounds like it could be close to what you should be paying with tax, though.
