yes, it shouldn't take that long, could be lost on the way
ask PM support agent, they can resend or arrange for pickup from Telus or Koodo stores close by

It should be there any day now. If it's not, then you can advise customer service it never showed. I'd suggest waiting one more week.
To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.

Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99
Or they can send you another one.
