I'm still waiting on my son's sim, money taken Oct 26th. I went to log into my account and it said activate, then carried me to a page saying "Payment Complete, we'll send your card in 2 days"... they've already take the payment for the month/$5 sim card

It takes 5-10 business days to receive SIM by mail.

If in hurry purchase additional card at corporate Telus/Koodo store and keep ordered card as spare.
