I recently created an account for my daughter. She has still not received SIM card and when she tries to create account she gets error message We Encountered An Error Procesing Account

It usually takes 5-10 business day for SIM to be delivered by Canada Post. Sometimes it is (way) longer or it never arrives.
Wait 15 days then open a ticket and ask for replacement. Pick some different address, just in case.
Physical SIM is more practical - easy to transfer from phone to phone; very rarely fails.
eSIM is fancy, no actual hardware involved but based on posts here frequently fails and is NOT transferrable. Change phone - buy a new eSIM and thansfer number.
