I was given a ticket number (now I can't find it) but no notification. All I want to do is change my email address. HOW???

I think the last time I had this issue, I had to inform the customer service agent and they changed it at their end.

@LMBOND1 , to further clarify the ticket number private message notification is auto generated and not a result of a CSA acknowledging your ticket. Tickets are addressed in the order in which they are generated. The response time depends on the number of tickets in the system.

How long did you submit a ticket? Usually it takes a few hours to respond, but it can take up to 48 hours (as per PM policy). You response should be in your private message inbox (envelope upper right corner). Customer service agents don't work overnight, so hopefully you should get a respond this morning.
If it has been more than 48 hours, resubmit another ticket.
