What company does public mobile use for their device protection plan. I cancelled my plan but am still being charged $10 a month for 6 months now

there is no device protection plan with PM
did you cancel the plan properly? Did you login My Account and go to Payment and Change Subscription and disable Subscribed? or did you port out your line?
if you are sure you did the proper thing to cancel, message support and ask
