Please can someone help me...

First somehow i am locked out so i cant get back in self aerve

Second i need to change plan and it won't let me. I have money there but balance says 0 unless i go to transactions. I need phone going today as its now suspended and ive been trying for days to do this!!!! I tried email but got no response! Please help me...!!!
