Delivery address For SIM card

hi, I had placed an order for a SIM card. The address for delivery has some correction on it. The unit number of the apartment is missing. How do I add this missing information?

Hi i have the same problem can you just tell me if you have received the sim to your building without providing your apartment numbers?

This can ony be corrected if the SIM card shipment has gone into the shipping stages.  Please open a ticket using the chatbot to have a customer support agent attempt to add your unit number.  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

I would say that without the unit number, there is a still a good chance that the SIM card will still get delivered.  When an address is incomplete, shipping companies will attempt to determine the correct destination. Public Mobile has lately been shipping most SIM cards through Canada Post, and especially if there's another piece of mail of the same name on it, the delivery person is likely to be able to figure out the unit number.

you can try to ask support to update it if it is not too date

But couple times, they said they updated it but they cannot stop the fulfillment, so, keep in mind, the change might not make it
