Defective SIM card

BillK2
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I have transfered my phone from FIDO to Public mobile without issues. however when I moved my wife's number over her new SIM recieved today is working (not being recognized. I have confirmed that the SIM is defective as it does not work on my phone as well my SIM work's fine in my wife's phone.

I have been tring to contact anyone from Public Mobile but it seems as there are no customer support agents at Contact Center.  so far it has not been a positive experince as I have tried to work through this for the last 90 minutes.

Does anyone know how to contact an agent in order to get a new SIM card; please advise ?

@BillK2 no worries, it is likely not a detective sim card but a s provisioning issue.  Easy fix for PM support and your just need to engage them by ticket.  Please open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
