I signed up before December 18 but don’t see my promotional rewards in my account. When will it be applied.

Did your daughter register the email for you? It s not how you activated but whether the email you used to activate your account was also registered online to be eligible. If you activated using the email that recieved the email from public mobile in your screenshot then you should recieve the promotion. With this kind of promotion it is usually added to the account 5 business days after the end of the activation period. Hopefully that will be done on Christmas eve or the following Tuesday. If you dont see it by then contact the moderators and ask for it to be added.

This is the promotion that I am referring to that has not been added to my account. I am assuming it is because I did not register through this email. I used a link my daughter sent me as she is with public mobile and was referring me. Does that mean I will not be eligible for it?

Hello,
You should have received an email notifying you about this free add on.
It is not added automatically. You need to log in and add this to your account (although it will not cost you anything).
Go to purchase add ons.
Then choose the long distance add on and the data add on. These should show as no cost to you, then you click purchase and they are added free.

Where do PM publish such rewards? I only knew of Black Friday 2GB rewards and it is there until it is used up. I got my 2GB black friday rewards. I hope this 2GB December rewards will also be added automatically

Nah.....that would make too much sense. Pm likes to keep you on your toes it adds to your excitement level! In all seriousness pm has settled into a pattern of adding a promotional credit across the board on the same day usually 5 business days after the promotional period ends. The email sign up makes it easier to add activation credits freeing up time for the moderators to handle the odd new customer that gets missed.

The free 2GB is a one time free add-on. You keep it until it's all used up.

If you had to sign up by December 18th then you will likely see the credit appear in your account 5 business days after the promotional period is over. Around the 23rd of the month.

Two options....via simon the chatbot by clicking on the chat bubble at the bottom right if your screen or private message the envelope icon next to your avatar the top right of your screen.

If you're asking about the free holiday giveaway add-ons, those need to be maually added to your account. If that was done during activation, that can still be done by "purchasing" the $0 add-ons from within your account at selfserve.publicmobile.ca.

Did you activate in November or December? Is your first renewal about to occur in the next day or two? If so contact the moderators and ask them to add the credit to your account.
Edit: Or do you mean rewards like autopay, community etc.....those get applied during renewal.

within 30 days..but i think it usually there within a week
