I referred a friend who started using PUBLIC SIM card from 30Dec2021. I can see my $1 referral in my account. However, there was a deal that if you refer a friend and the friend activates SIM by 31Dec2021, you get $5 off from your monthly bill for the next 6 months. I could not see it in my account, so just wondering if I will be getting it or not. Thank you so much for responding.

Credit will be applied within the first week of each month, starting in January.

If other party entered your referral code properly, you should see last 4 digits of his/her number
if you do not see it, most likely referral code was entered incorrectly. Verify what exactly other party entered. Typos are possible (0 - O, 1 - l, etc.).

@KinWahWong Friend referral usually will show up in the Referrer's account (You) immediately the $10 will show up in the referee's account within 72 hours. Since you didn't see yours and it passed 72 hours, you will need to have your friend to open ticket with PM. They can likely add it back manually for you. To open ticket with PM:
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there

It will not appear immediately on your account. You should see it in a first week of January.
There is similar post today, with most likely more details and explanation. Search forum. Google is NOT your friend but Search line on the top of page IS.

The reward will be placed in your account the first week of each month for the 6 months IF the referral keeps their account active that entire time

@Viransh Yes, PM said they will add it on the first week of each month starts in Jan. I guess it is not time yet but they will do it in the next couple days. No worry, you will get it soon 🙂
(2) The $30 Referre Us to a Friend reward is added to eligible customers' accounts in increments of $5 for 6 months. The monthly credit will be applied provided that each payment is made no later than the renewal date. Customers must use their unique invitation code. Limit of one credit per customer. Offer ends December 31, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. (ET). The customer to whom we have been recommended must make the activation before this date. Eligible customers will receive a text message confirmation each month when the credit is applied to their account. The credit will be applied in the first week of each month.
