I can't change my debit card info so I can't pay my phone it was automatic withdrawal what can I do it's a holiday so the store is closed today

Public mobile accepts VISA or Mastercard debit card.  Why can't you change your debit card information?  Are you able to login into your account?  Is the payment system not accepting your visa debit card?  

The website is finicky.  You could try again with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.  Or you could try the PM app itself.

get to Walmart, No Frills foodstore, or Canada Tire and buy Public Mobile payment vouchers, then dial 611 to add them to your account. Alternative is to use on-line service such as muskbird.com or recharge.com.

You should be able to update payment card by logging in on the mobile app, click Payment tab > scroll to see Update Card Information.
