I purchased an add on data and need it applied to my account immediately can you help me?

@Barney_thecrow6  - is your public mobile plan current Active? Addons will only work on Active accounts. If suspended, you will need to make a payment to reactivate your plan.

 

If Active, what issue are you experiencing? If you see the data purchased in your payment history, then log out of your My Account, and try:

  • rebooting your phone
  • toggle into/out of airplane mode

Does data work now?

 

If not, try your sim card into another compatible phone and see if data works. 

And/or, check for outages in your area:

If still doesn't work, ask CSA to check if there is an issue.

Are you on the $15 plan? Just login to your account and add the amount of funds needed for the add-on and make your purchase. Refresh your browser and reboot your phone.

It should be added right away.

and the Add-ons you purchased for U.S Roaming,then manually choose the network to T-Mobile.

when you purchased any Add-ons will be in account immediately,

 

tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

or safari on private mode, To Login Page

and go to your Plan & Add-ons is will showing there.then just rebooting device should works.
