So... I have got the you ran out of data message and my data cut off. But I have been TRYING to keep an eye on it. All it says is I have used 67% of the add on. But apparently somehow it has never updated and I used it all now I've had to buy more add ons? Yes I've cleared my cache etc.

You would think right? Don't worry I already knew from my last question to try clearing cache etc. No it was the public mobile text message and my data actually cut off. Last month it worked fine and I was able to monitor my data usage. So annoying

If that is what you just looked at on My Account seems like you have data to use to me @Aleader
Is your phone settings set up to warn you or shut the data function off when it reaches certain limits? If so, adjust or turn these settings off.

Always use Incognito mode to check My Account for accurate reading

40gb?! Do you watch a lot of HD movies? Scroll a little further down and click on the little spinner refresh icon and see if the numbers change.
