I have been with public for a number of years now and bought extra data as well as accumulated data from Christmas promos etc. I had 7.62g saved and never used it until now. I used all my monthly data and needed more. It showed I was using 2.62gs but the other 5gs vanished. How do I get it back?

Website is finicky and sometime show old cached information. AS mention before, try to login with a different web browser, incognito mode or clear cache.
However, if the account shows the same information, it is likely you sometime used up the data. If the data add ons don't show, it usually means it has been used up. PM data tracker is usually fairly accurate.

Extra GB could not vanish just like that.
Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
