Hi,

 

I have  4 gig (plus1) monthly package but received a msg from Public Mobile that i had used all my data allotted for the month when i had used only 2 gigs, then my data stopped working.

@Char4  Also right now there a promotional plan 20GB for $39 . Not sure what you’re paying for 4GB plan but might worth considering to change plan for next renewal and not immediately . So you don’t loose money in your current cycle . Just a thought

Try again incognito/private mode

And or lap top /computer

                    OR

 

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons

HI @Char4   login My Account again using Incognito/Private/Secret mode, it will show you the correct info.  Probably you will see no data left with this correct mode

With this new site, you likely still reading off the cached version, so the usage you got was not up to date

An easy way is to click the Spinner on the bottom right of the section to force a refresh.

If you don't see an updated usage still, try to login My Account using Incognito mode (or InPrivate for Edge, Private for Safari) or try again with a completely different browser like Edge/Firefox/Chrome or try on another device.  You should then see the latest info from the server.
