Are you apn settings correct?

Are you on 3g?

It gets painful sometimes, you should use lte as preferred network.

Also can you test it on different phone?

Do you have network reset in your data settings?

Also power saving (even intelligent one) really affect it.

Can you be a bit more specific? It's too slow...it does not work, it works intermittently?
