Are you sure it's 4 kb? Because that's not even a webpage worth of data.
What troubleshooting steps have you already taken and where are you checking to see how much data you have left?
Rebooting the device is usually the quickest way to reset any kind of network related issues, but if it's a matter of not getting any data connection, I would also double check to see if your data is turned on in the settings on the device.

Did you login to your account and check the amount of data you used up so far?
If you did and it shows you have data left in your account. Try resetting the Network setting on your phone and reboot your phone.
If it still doesn’t work then contact a CS_Agent to investigate the issue.
