Data works for a bit then drops

I have 4 GB left but I'm finding my data will occasionally fail especially when it comes to FB Messenger, Hangouts and certain apps like Kijiji.

It will work ok on Google Chrome though... like right now. 

I'm im the Huntsville area and the huge bell and roger towers are just 3 and 5kms away from me.

It's strange that data performance is app dependent.  It's location dependent. I am wondering if there's something wrong with the phone software.  If you can provide some information on the phone and OS, we might be able to provide more guidance.

are you new to PM? or did this just happen out of the blue?

Recheck your apn settings and reset your phone after. 

Hopefully that clears it up.

@Angela81 what's your phone's brand, model, and operating system version?

are you able to try a different phone?  that will isolate a hardware vs network issue.    do others around you have teh same issue?
