Data usage

Rob96

Hi. I'm a new Public mobile user. My question relates to data usage. Once I reach my limit of 250mb, does the usage stop automatically or will I get charged overage fees? I want to prevent overage fees.

thank you

Rob

Hi,

Answer to your question: no.  I'm fairly new to PM but one of the reasons I love it is that I can never go over my Data.

that means no surprises with regard to extra costs. Perfect!

It stops automatic.

They do not charge you.

@Rob96  Public never charges overages it is strictly a prepaid service provider. Once the limit is reached it just stops working. The rule of thumb is if you didn't pay for a service and it works then it's free. 👍

No. Nope. Never not ever. Never. You get exactly what you pay for here. Nothing more nothing less.
