Data usage

I have a question about the data usage.

Currently, I have data plan 4.5G/month with speed 3g.

After I used up this 4.5G usage, what will happen if I still want to use the data? PM will charge me the additional data?

For chatr, I can continue using data at a reduced speed until the next anniversary Date.

what about PM?
