I would like to know why my phone is using data in the middle of the night ? For example between June 23/26 and June 26/26 it was between 8.38 to 12.20 used . I was sleeping not on my phone.

@Harv123 , in addition to what has already been stated about the timing for daily usage updates on the account, you should look at the WiFi assist setting on your phone.  If this setting is enabled, any kind of weakness in the WiFi connectivity will result in cellular data being used.

it's normal.  The usage you see around midnight is the usage of the previous day, not a live shot.  Many using data constantly so there is no way for PM to show those usage throughout the day.  that's why you will see a total usage of the day in one or two transaction

you didn't use any data in the middle of the night.  You see it there in the middle of night just because PM system only post the usage at that time , as a total usage for the previous day.  So, the usage history does not get posted constantly during the day, just once or twice and usually around midnight

Hello @Harv123 

They system updates twice per day. Middle of the day and after midnight. This is why it looks like you're using data in the middle of the night. Unless your phone is updating apps or it's OS, this is normal.
