Hi there,
Just joined Public Mobile. I have data in my plan - my data is turned "on", but I am not actually connected to any data (for example, YouTube does not load). I have a Sony Xperia XA.
Everything else is functioning fine - calls, text, wifi, etc. Just no data.
Help?

What make/model/submodel phone is it?
Has data ever worked here?
Have you checked to make sure you see data in your overview data & add-ons area?

@Brentimir You can Google MyNewAPN_test.apk. This is working for Asus Zonfone 4 Max that I have and I'm not sure it's working for you phone, but anyway you can try it.
You can pm me I will sent the app to you if you can't find it. But you will take your own risk, I shall not be responsibilities for any damage your phone.

I inputted the exact APN setting values and names... but nothing happens. I ensured that the new APN is being used (it is my only APN available). I then turn my data on, try sending a picture message... but nothing happens. I am still not connected to any data network. I also tried downloading the app suggested, but it didn't really offer anything new compared to the steps alredy provided.
So, what now?
