My account says plan expired and autopay hasn't gone through. My autopay date is Dec 26. I seem to have issues with autopay every 6 months. Thanks

The account goes through all sorts of transformations during renewal time. This is "normal". As long as the service works, there is nothing to be concerned about. I avoid looking at the account during renewal time as a rule.
