i just purchased an add-on for US calling for $8 and it says on website it will activate right away, and i tried turning off my phone and back on and yet it is still not working????? i want a refund

Check to make sure you don't still have the $8 in your Available Funds.
Check to make sure you see the add-on that you think you purchased lower down on the overview page under your add-ons.
Check to make sure your roaming options are on.
If your network settings are automatic it should be alright but you might need to scan for and find and connect to either AT&T or T-Mobile.

@sonalisoni1796 Do you have roaming turned on? If yes, login to you self-serve account and see if that add-on you bought is showing up on plan details page.
