@Isola_tropicale if data previously worked on PM with this phone and a factory reset didn't resolve it, there must be an issue with your account. As already mentioned by @SD08, it's time to private message the moderator team for assistanct.

nope i still have a bunch left of my add on, and iwas really careful not to use it (ie. turned date off when i was on wifi)

is data addon listed in your addons section? ie could you have used all your data?
