Hello,
i have had public mobile for a while and so does my wife but this afternoon my data just stopped working, wifi and texts/calls are fine. My wife has no issue so I ruled out the network.
i have an iPhone 7+ and just upgraded to iOS 12.4 a couple days ago......anyone have any suggestions that could help? I did try resetting the network settings

@projectpete19There recent iOS update weighs in at around 730Mb if you didn't set update via wifi and have a cheaper plan, that can easily empty your month's data allowance.

wow im an idiot.....i did login and didnt see anything that said full so i just assumed it wasnt it......but it was

@projectpete19 hi what plan are you on? did you use all your data? check in your self serve if there is no data showing in you data and add on section it is all used up @Dunkman you got me lol

Which plan are you on? In your self service account, do you still see the data add on in your overview page? If you don't see it, you might have run out of data.
