Why the data stop working without any changes in my phone???

I added a new APN but the result is the same.

What happened with the network yesterday afternoon when the data stopped working???

5-10 minutes ago after restart doesn't work.

There was a network problem today across Canada, but it should be resolved by now. Looks like there's a few issues still going on. Maybe you are in affected area?
