Data slow with esim

I'm using public Mobile with eSIM on my iPhone and my data speed is close to 250Mbps, but the data usage is too slow even after resetting network and set up 5G auto on the cellular.

data speed would not be an issue with esim. 

so, you already tried Reset Network Settings?  How about buy another esim, that would refresh the account and it would help.  Just login My Account, go to Profile and Purchase sim card and buy esim

you can then submit a ticket with PM agent and ask them to reimburse the $5 esim cost

speed close to 250Mbps is good.  If you get a speed test and got that speed but you "feel" your app is slow, then it is an app problem
