I have purchased an online plan, I have paid it, but I don’t have data network. When I check my account it says your services are on hold. It says I have to pay to activate the services.

when did you activate it?
did you use the PM app to activate and reach the end of the activation (Step 6)? if you started the activation using web browser, you will still need the PM app to finish off the subscription
If you have use the PM app to go to step 6 and your sim can is not connecting to PM network, please message support for further investigation
