I moved to Yukon Territory & for the last 4 months my data has quit working mid-cycle. I have had no data for 3 days now. What’s up with this?? I pay for data for the entire month.

if Android, there is a data limit setting, you might need to disable it
and if that is not the fix, you need to ask PM to check and help
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

To start… log in to your account to make sure you have the plan you think you do. Also you can see how much data is remaining currently.

Me too! 3 days now, with no data, only used half of wat I paid for.
