Hi, i have a plan for 6gb and i purchase the three month plan, i did not know the data was for the 3 months, since the price is almost the same if you pay monthly, plus there is not specification when you get the plan. Can i deactivate my plan? And get some of the money i paid back? i am really mad that it didn't specify anything about the data, and the add-ons are very expensive.

Hi @CF!
While it is no means ideal, the best you could do is ration out your data for the next three months you've prepaid (2gb/mo) and schedule a change at your next renewal date for the 12+6 gb plan. (Which is 6gb/mo).
As @ShawnC13 and @koimr1 have said, you can attempt to PM the @CS_Agent and see if they can do anything else for you. It will help if you understand that they are under no obligation to amend your prepaid service or return the amount you've prepaid.

The plan selection page used during activation (different that the one shown above) also lists the per 90 days, above each of the data selection buttons. Or maybe only at the top of the column? I can't remember, but the last time I went to look, it was there.

I am a very new user of Public Mobile. My very first time using the site I could plainly see that the data allowance was for 90 days. I don't know how they could make it any clearer.

FWIW, I just tried to setup a 90-day plan on the main PM site (under the "Plans" link) and I see every data option has a "/90 Days" blurb added to it. That seems fairly apparent to me what it means especially as that line disappears when you choose a 30-day plan. Does the plan building not show that when you are going through the steps to create a new account (third step, I think)? If so, let the mods know that please!

@CF, unfortunately I doubt you will be able to cancel your plan and get your money back as it is a prepaid service. The plan page when looking at 90 days plans does list the data per 90 days. Even if it didn't it would be odd to look at the plan that says 90 days but think the data is only for 30? You can message a mod to ask but they have agreed to porvide you the service you signed up for and in this case it is for 90 days.
