Data not working

My data is not working properly on my phone.  I have tried all the things you have suggested me to do.  My data takes forever to connect and I think my data is being wasted while I'm waiting for it to connect!  Any suggestions as I've already had to add 2 data add ons this month and I never go over my monthly limit!

@abbygulley2806 if you never go over your plan limit, why have you had add 2 data addons?

 

What does it say for your plan data usage in your My Account, OR when you call 611 (the balance will include the plan and any data addons).

 

What all have you tried? This really helps to know things are not repeated repeatedly :P.

 

It would be nice to rule out a device issue or setting. Can you try your SIM into another phone to see the same issues are happening? Sometimes just moving the SIM from one phone to another can help with finicky account issues too.

 

Sometimes toggling into and out of airplane mode helps trigger the network when having certain network issues.

First thing to do , click Reset all networks and see if it helps

What type of phone do you have?

 

Can you advise whether you're connected to 4G/LTE or 3G?

 

Also, try the PM SIM card in a different device (if available) to see if data speed/reliability increases.
