Data not working

I have only used up 2 GB of data out of my 15 GB plan yet my data has not been working for the past 2 days.

@Anumali   you sure you have no data limit setup on your device such as this?

Yes, data is enabled and I have tested it in different locations. 

I have also tried to change the network to 3 G as recommended but it is not working 

@Anumali any chance you have data limit enabled?

 

 

Also, did you try using data at different places?

 

also, just for testing, change the Preferred Network type or network mode to 3G ONLY (or WCDMA) and see if data works

I have refreshed my account page and logged in using incognito mode and it shows I have 13GB of data left. Please see below.

@Anumali   first, confirm if your data is really have 13 GB left.  Login to My Account using Incognito mode.  This is to confirm you are not really old cached usage info

 

Also, what kind of phone do you have?  If it is Android, make sure you didn't setup any data limit on the device.  Disable it and check

If you are on iPhone, make sure the app is enabled for mobile data or try different app
