I have only used up 2 GB of data out of my 15 GB plan yet my data has not been working for the past 2 days.

Yes, data is enabled and I have tested it in different locations. I have also tried to change the network to 3 G as recommended but it is not working

I have refreshed my account page and logged in using incognito mode and it shows I have 13GB of data left. Please see below.
